What data we process when you buy, why, and for how long.
The controller
The controller of your personal data is the seller named above.
What we process
- Contact details: name, e-mail, and phone if you give one.
- Delivery and billing details: address or the chosen pickup point, and company, company ID and VAT number if given.
- Order details: the works ordered, prices, payment and the progress of the order.
Why we process it
- To fulfil your order (performance of the contract): without these details we cannot sell and deliver the painting.
- Accounting and tax (legal obligation): invoices and records.
- To protect our rights (legitimate interest): for example in a complaint.
We do not use your data for marketing and do not send you advertising e-mails.
How long we keep it
- Unpaid and cancelled orders: 6 months, after which personal data is anonymised.
- Completed orders: 5 years from delivery (periods for complaints and limitation).
- Accounting records: for the period required by law.
Who receives it
- Carriers: Packeta or the courier, only what delivery needs.
- Service providers who process data for us: hosting (Cloudflare) and e-mail delivery (Resend).
- The bank: for the payment.
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie: the contents of your cart. It is needed for buying, so we do not ask for consent. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
