Returns and withdrawal

Withdrawal within 14 days

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the painting.

1. Send us an e-mail to the address above with your order number, your name and that you are withdrawing from the contract.
2. Pack the painting carefully (ideally in its original packaging) and send it back to the seller’s address within 14 days of withdrawing, or hand it over in person in Prague by arrangement.
3. We refund the money within 14 days of the withdrawal to the account you paid from, but not before receiving the painting or proof that it was sent.

You bear the cost of returning the painting. If it is damaged in transit because of poor packing, we may set the cost of the damage off against the refund.

Claiming a defect

We are liable for defects present when you received the painting for 24 months.

1. Describe the defect by e-mail and attach photographs.
2. If the painting was damaged in transit, please record the damage with the carrier on receipt.
3. We resolve the claim within 30 days at the latest. Depending on the defect, we repair the painting, refund the money or give a reasonable discount.

The painting is an original, so it cannot be exchanged for another copy of the same work.
